Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service are fully refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours of the service will incur a cancellation fee, which will be specified at the time of booking.

If you miss your scheduled pickup, a no-show fee equal to the full service amount will be applied. If you encounter any issues or anticipate being late, please contact us immediately to discuss your situation.

A standard gratuity of 15-20% is included in your invoice. If you wish to adjust the gratuity amount, please inform us at the time of booking or upon completion of the service.

All tolls, government mandated surcharges,airport fees and taxes are additional to the base fare and will be included in your final invoice. We provide a detailed breakdown of all charges to ensure transparency.
