Cancellation
Policy

For your travel flexibility, cancellations made 24 hours before your scheduled service qualify for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the service will incur a cancellation fee, as outlined during your booking. Please contact us if you have any questions.

No-Show
Policy

A no-show occurs when a client fails to appear at the designated pick-up time and location. In such cases, a no-show fee equivalent to the full service amount will be charged. Should you encounter any issues that may delay your arrival, please contact us promptly to avoid this fee.

Gratuity
Policy

A standard gratuity of 15-20% is automatically included in your invoice for all services provided. Should you wish to adjust the gratuity amount, please notify us at the time of booking or upon completion of the service.Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your feedback!

Tolls and
Taxes
